Been throught lots of thinking since the farewell assembly....

All the fun years spent at Secondary education...

5 years just pass by like this....

I'll account for the 5 years soon...

For now i'll just blog about the event..


Farewell assembly.

Most would know this as the last assembly the graduating cohort would attend. On 10 october 2008.. It was 5A's turn at the assembly. 5A as in my Beloved class. We Rule!!!

The few days before we've aready said about the class party or gathering or Get together... Watever you guys want to percieve it to be...

Technically, the Class party was at 9.30... but theoritically it started at 10++++

The lucky thing was that i brought my electric guitar along. So yeap!! i took the chance to shred off some Bar chords... Play some ususal songs and the new one i just learnt, Gone so Young by Amber pacific.

So, Miss Ng/General Ng came in.

Almost everybody were present. We sat down on the "nicely" arranged chairs and the emotional part begins.


The General gave her short speech... Then proceed on to showing us a presentation/video of how we have grown through the years in secondary school. This brought tears to my eye. It brought back memories gone so young...(yea copied from the song lyrics)

I must be virtually the first Guy to cry. Though i tried to hold back, these remnants just keeps coming back, all the fun moments we had.

From secondary 1, 1C a notorious class. 2c Damn it!! than 3A Through Train. 4A we bonded more. 5A we are inseparable Brothers and sisters.

I think i cried at least 3 times today. Once in class watching that video. Second when i was given the DVD containing a piece of Miss Ng last word to us. And after the Assembly itself.

Let me share more of the video/presentation.

I started out with some words from the General herself. Than the picture and songs kicked in. at the beginning it was a little more hilarious then it should be sad, with all the stupid things we did. Than as some of my pictures rolled in... it set me thinking... What have i done in this 5 years? All the events that had pass through my life in secondary. From my CCA, NCC(Air), I've made friends that are marvelous. And some that were even closer... We went through courses together, All the SHIT together. Getting pumped... To Pumping the cadet...

Than, in class we started out as total strangers. We sticked to those we knew in Lower secondary. never mixed much. Now? We are ONE.

Alright moving to the Assembly itself.

The journey to the hall was quite a hysterical walk. We were constantly rush by General. I didn't feel any rush at all.

Next the walk in.... Ah... this part... i felt as if I'm back in Mayflower.
We went in in the very traditional boy-girl formation.

Moving on the assembly programme. The assembly did not really had a impact on everyone. We had lots of cheering and crying...

Than photo taking galore.... than Guitar again....

Than emo go home....

I drag this post for far too long a time thus the terrible ending....
